Safe, clean drinking water project. โครงการน้ำดื่มสะอาด เพื่อการบริโภค ตามปกติประชาชนที่อยู่บนเขา น้ำที่ใช้สำหรับการบริโภค คือน้ำที่เขาเรียกว่า ประปาภูเขา โดยการต่อท่อเพื่อนำน้ำมาใช้ในหมู่บ้าน ซึ่งน้ำที่ใช้สำหรับการบริโภคไหลตรงมายัง หมู่บ้านโดยไม่ได้ผ่านการกรองใดๆเลย ดังนั้น น้ำที่ใช้จึงไม่สะอาด จะมีฝุ่นตะกอน จากธรรมชาติ ซึ่งชาวบ้านก็น้ำมาดื่มปกติ การดื่มน้ำที่ไม่สะอาดนั้น ส่งผลถึงสุขภาพของชาวบ้าน เช่นโรคไต เป็นต้น project WIN ได้จัดทำโครงการเครื่องกรองน้ำสะอาดครั้งแรกเมื่อปี 2561 และติดตามประเมินผล พบว่า โครงการไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ เพราะขาดการดูแลเครื่องกรองน้ำ รวมไปถึง ต้องมี ค่าใช้จ่ายในการดูแลรักษาเครื่องกรองน้ำด้วยจึงไม่สำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ต้องการ Project WIN จึงได้นำหลักการทำเครื่องกรองน้ำทำเอง จากวัสดุธรรมชาติ มาใช้ในการกรองน้ำ เพราะ สะดวกในการจัดการ, หาวัสดุได้ในพื้นที่, ค่าใช้จ่ายไม่สูง และเราได้ทดลองดำเนินโครงการ ณ บ้านแม่กอกขวา อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ภาพพื่นที่ติดตั้งเครื่องกรองน้ำ ณ บ้านแม่กอกขวา As usual, for people living on the mountain water used for consumption comes from streams in the hills. The mountain water is carried by connecting pipes from the streams to the village without any filtering at all, so the water used does not mean standards for purity and cleanliness. Drinking unclean water affects the health of villagers, such as kidney disease, etc. Project WIN organized the first clean water filter project in 2018 and followed up and evaluated it and found that the project was not effective. Because of the lack of maintenance of the water filter, as well as the cost of maintaining the water filter, it was not successful in achieving its desired objectives. Project WIN has therefore adopted the principles of making a homemade water filter. from natural materials, which can be used in water filtration. It is convenient to manage, materials can be found in the area, and the cost is not high. We have successfully experimented with the project at Ban Mae Kok Khwang, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province. Point 1: Water enters at the bottom, water exits at the top. It is about 1/4 of small stones or construction stones. The 3rd layer is placed with white mosquito nets or blue mosquito nets. and followed by approximately 50 centimeters of coarse sand, 4th layer: fine sand, approximately 1/4 of the tank. Point 3: Water enters at the top, water exits at the bottom. Materials used: 1st layer: large stones or modest bricks, 2nd layer. Small stones or construction stones about 20 centimeters, 3rd floor, blue mosquito nets or white mosquito nets are placed. Followed by about 20 centimeters of coarse sand, the 4th layer is about 20 centimeters of fine sand, the 5th layer is fine charcoal (you can pound it until it's fine or into lumps the size of your finger and sift out all the dust) (you may bring a blue mosquito net or a white mosquito net.
